He says about himself:

I came from the foothills of the Eagle Mountains region and as the majority of Czech people I decided to stay in my country and be loyal to my country. I have chosen to be a doctor and I would like to help people according to my possibilities, abilities and skills. After I had finished my studies at Grammar School in Nachod I decided to study medicine at the Medical Faculty in Hradec Kralove.

During my studies I attended Maternity and Gynaecological Clinic and this profession became my fate. As a junior doctor and afterwards as an assistant at Maternity and Gynaecological Clinic I was surprised by strong contrast of this profession. Infertility treatment on one hand and abortion on the other hand and both under one roof. On one hand freedom in woman's decision, on the other hand enormous unfairness.

I have always prefered conception treatment and I was fascinated with its wide range from surgery, through endocrinology, psychology, displaying methods including ultrasound, urology to genetics.

In 1990's a new discipline in this field was formed and this was Assisted Reproduction. I have been loyal to this discipline till today and I believe that in this branch I can help my patients. After my second medical postgraduate certification in the field of Midwifery and Gyneacology I decided to establish my private practice.
