I have already been for two consults and have determined that I am a suitable candidate for liposuction, and have decided that I would like liposuction on my abdominal area and thighs.
I have been told that the amount of fat to be removed will likely be less than 2 litres.
1) Can I ask what is the estimated cost of such a procedure using the Body-Jet technique?
2) I do not want to be put under general anaesthesia. Is this OK?
3) I understand that the cost is all-inclusive (i.e. it covers transport, surgery, accomodation, etc). Are there any hidden extras that I should know about? And what can I do in the event of complications?

Liposuction of two large areas cost 2 700 GBP, three areas cost 3 000 GBP. Our prices are all inclusive and include the air tickets, transport within Prague by our driver, all medical check-ups, the procedure itself and accommodation in a beautiful apartment (an equivalent of a four star hotel - photos attached). There is an English Sky TV in every room, wireless internet and English landline from which you can make phone calls free of charge to any UK/EU landline. Furthermore, if you undergo water-jet based liposuction, this technique does not have a limited amount of fat that can be removed, however, the Czech law restricts this amount to a maximum of 4 litres.
2) I do not want to be put under general anesthesia.
That is no problem at all, we provide this surgery under local anesthesia only.
3) Are there any hidden extras that I should know about? And what can I do in the event of complications?
No there are not any hidden extras, however, the price includes bed&breakfast service only. In case some complication occurs when you return home, we will be in touch via email communication. We also have a doctor who currently lives in North West region of England. He can directly visit you and consult the problems with you. Finally, in case you will need a corrective surgery, we will arrange everything for you, free of charge.

Dear Jules, the price for liposuction of one area is 2 200 GBP, of two areas is 2 700 GBP and of three areas 3 200 GBP. Although it seems you would need to have three liposuctions done, the surgeon might count the liposuction of inside and outside thighs as one area, however, this depends on the difficulty of the operation. If you send us photos of your inside and outside thighs as well as your knees, we will be able to give you a more detailed information. You would need to stay six/seven nights in Prague in total. Dear Tina, you would like to go for multiple surgeries, some of them are complex operations that cannot be combined (performed in one session). You will need to go to Prague twice. For mini tummy tuck, it may be beneficial to firstly consider whether you are planning to have more babies in the near future (4 years) or not. If not, then I can offer you the following. Firstly you can go for breast enlargement and a couple of liposuctions (e.g. on thighs and hips). In the second session that will be at least 3 months away from the first one, you can go for a mini tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and the other liposuction. We will give you a discount of 100 GBP for the second session as well as a discount for combined surgery. For instance, for mini abdominoplasty with one liposuction on one area (distant from the tummy), you will need to pay only 3100 GBP (whereas separately it is 2500 GBP for tummy tuck and 1950 for liposuction in one large area). The plan I have just suggested may be different from what the surgeon suggests, so if you could send us photos of the required areas, we will be able to tell you more information. Regarding your family, as we always approach our clients individually and we care about your needs, I can see no problem in taking your partner and your child with you. However, in terms of accommodation, they may be asked to stay in a hotel, whereas you will spend the two initial days at the clinic. They will be more than welcome to visit you, but I am not sure if it would be suitable to accommodate them there (because of the child, otherwise partners can stay at the clinic together with clients). I can ask the staff at the clinic about that. Your partner will have to pay for the hotel and air tickets in addition to your final price (that is usually 350 GBP for both the air tickets and hotel, with your child it may be a bit more because he/she will need an air-ticket as well). After your operation, you can join them at the hotel. We usually put our clients in four-star hotels, but if you would like to save some money, you can go to a decent three stars one

Regarding the prices, it depends on what the surgeon suggests. Tummy tuck with liposuction on three areas (one on tummy and two remote ones) cost 4100 GBP all inclusive. An additional breast uplift that would have to be performed separately in a different session costs 2500 GBP. The all inclusive package contains the air tickets, accomodation, all medical check ups, transnport within Prague (from the airport the clinic, hotel and back to the airport), and two years of aftercare within the UK. Dear Sandra, tummy tuck and liposuction can be combined together. Liposuction can be performed in the area of tummy (3100 GBP) or in a different area (3200 GBP). When you sign up the contract, you can either pay a 200 GBP deposit (and we will buy you the air tickets and book you a place at the clinic and hotel), or you can arrange the air tickets yourself and we will deduce this price from the final price. The rest of the sum can be paid when you arrive to Prague (before the surgery). Your age is no problem, we have clients older than 50 with no restrains or risk involved. You will spend 6 days in Prague in total and then we recommend to take another week off the work to allow your body to recover and heal well. Regards, Natalie.

Tumescent Liposuction is suitable for
previously overweight clients who have a relatively stable weight but cannot get
rid of some fat stored in particular areas of their body such as in upper arms,
legs or neck. In addition, some people have never been overweight, but the fat
deposit is inherited. In both cases, liposuction can be of great help. Once the
fat is sucked out, it less likely that it will be stored there again.
